its gotta be incredible to be in the same room as danny just watching and listening to him play his set. Dude is such an inspiration to me.. once i heard the Lateralus cd about 2 years ago, i picked up a drum set the next day and havent put the sticks down since. Now im covering 46 and 2 and im only beginning to understand the level of difficulty and the incredible skill it takes to play these songs.

I just had the honor of a private tool show at the loft. The sound in that room guys, ridiculous. It really is surreal, even tho danny is my buddy. It was still the highlight of my life.
