That reminds me of watching slow-witted people I know type questions into google. If I was standing there, I would be wringing my hands saying "What are you trying to do?! Go to Advanced Search and search the DMV website for handicap parking regulations!"

This was a funny video. I liked the blind person in the bathroom question. Anyway, I thought I would let y'all know how license plates are handled down here. In the state of Texas, the plates are registered to the owner, not the vehicle. So when you make the purchase the previous owner keeps the plates.

@Jet124--- Defaced32 called the DMV and they said yer supposed to give the plates back - but maybe they winked while the were saying it. Sounds like it mighta been the first time they ever got that question.

@joeandbuzz I could not find anything on several DMV sites that explains what happens to handicap license plates when selling a car. So I called my state DMV to ask and all the lady said was "Well, you should give them back."

For some reason your recent videos all look interlaced (or some similar looking visual distortion), but none of your old videos have this problem. It's really distracting.

@rbanke hmmm - not sure why - we will do some research and see if we can figure it out. Nothing has changed on our end. Wonder if the youtube is doing somethin different. We're also getting audio complaints on this one - we may re-upload this one and turn up the volume.

@joeandbuzz Checked a bit further, it seems to only be your 1080p stuff, and it goes away at lower resolutions. But other 1080p stuff including your older videos (i checked 'junior' @ 1080p for instance) dont have the same problem.
