the studio version of inside out speaks in volumes that unique drum style and sound of mr collins he is grossly underrated i feel he is in my top ten rock drummers and hes the best drummer singer around
I am 46 and listened to Genesis and Phil Collins through the years but just recently it is like the property of inertia ,I've been drawn back to genesis and Phil ,maybe we need to have this music broadcast once again huh.
Really nice guitar solo! Of course Phil and Peter Gabriel both use only the very best musicians when they tour. I loved this disk. The album kind of got dissed when it first came out, but then again rock/art/drama critics are the most pointless lifeforms on earth. They create nothing, they have only the shabby ability to make pithy and pointless remarks.
what...oh my god...my old man was in that tv show too...suddenly had a flashback & felf urged to come and find this song. My dad played a guy called fleur I think...i was just a little kid at the time but I seem to remember he had a big 80s blonde streak down his hair....how strange!!
If we are talking about the same one the show was called Inside Out (same as the song)...i was just a lad when he did it so only got vague memories. Cant find nething on the net about it tho...the prison inmate thing rings a bell tho....I'll ask the old man if he's got the old videos from the tv next time I speak & repost
do you know the title of the genesis theme song to the 80's sitcom "the insider". I've got a name! and I got a number, I'm comin after you! ... sound at all familiar?
I love this song. Im only 16 and I love older music. So much better than nowadays. When I was little, I put this on repeat and listen to it for hours! lol : )
I close my eyes..listen to the intro....and it feels like it's really 1985 again. Goosebumps ! Thanks for the upload.

Phil Collins is so awesome. I never agreed when Noel Gallagher said that people should hate persons like Phil just to exist.

What is your dads name or that of the series ? I am trying to track it down. It was about an agency of former prison inmates.

Cool thank you. I guess I am a bit older than you as I remember the open credits and some of the story line. Look forward to hearing from you again.
