If that dog was not abused and negatively trained to bounce when music plays, then explain why its tail is between its legs. If the dog was happy to dance that tail would be up and wagging.

He IS sick. Nothing could ever convince me otherwise.I've been around dogs all my life and lovingly cared for them. This is NOT normal behavior. this isn't some dog that someone took time to teach to dance. He's just a poor street dog, scavenging for food, in a part of the world where dogs are regarded as less than nothing and are not kept as pets, fed, or cared for. I COULD NOT watch this video again. It is hideous.

I wish they would too :( this video made me tear up. . . it's horrible. i can't stand to see this on t.v. . . in hawaii i see dead cats and dogs on the side of the road all the time, people dont take care of their animals and let them go, and they become ferrel, and then bread and there is such a problem here with animal abuse.... :( i hate it. i never saw anything like that in the mainland.

You obviously know a lot about dogs. Look at his posture, tail between his legs, head down, ears back, it clearly isn't happy. It's probably has a mental issue affecting it's muscles. Strokes can cause similar behaviours. Compare that to a dog in a park... tail wagging, head up, ears up and probably panting. I feel sorry for that dog and ashamed that "humans" like you exist. Idiot.
