  • fantastic work man!

  • I like how the cabinets all look exactly like their real counterparts, great work.

  • I recognized Sinistar just from the back of the cabinet :)

  • And I don't even have a picture of this place. It exists now... only in my memory.

  • how do you get there?

  • great !

  • this is what it was like folks.. I am 41, I grew up in the heyday of the video game arcade... that goddamn Wizard of War atteact voice was always SUPER loud too in every arcade !! LOL I was a Tempest master as well... over 900,000pts... that an Robotron 2084. Excellent job on capturing what it was really like.

  • WHY! WHY!

(i hate being born in the late 90's)

  • well.. your kinda lucky because your not a thirty something.. But ya.. these arcades were like heaven to me. I remember yelling at my dad to stop the car cuz we passed up an arcade.

Tron, Karate Champ, and much later.. Street Fighter II were my games of choice.

I would have loved to play Dragon's Lair, but I couldn't afford it.. 50 cents per play and you lose within seconds >)

  • I enjoyed this. I would say it was v ery accurate. I spent a lot of free time and quarters in these mall spots. I was a Tempest wiz back then (level 99). I also slayed the dragon in Dragon's Lair many times. The DEVO appearance was great too. The only missing game I would have liked to have seen was Q-Bert, released in 1982.

  • Oh I see Q-bert! cool.
