If they had made the other two scenarios of Fate/Stay Night into animes, I'm not sure that they should be called additional Fate Stay Night seasons, considering that they are different scenarios. If they were to, I'd feel that they should be clear that they are alternate stories.

As for Tsukihime, I have not yet read up on that whole story/other storylines from that series.
