my experiences with post offices are definitely worse... the screen of my iPod broke about half a year ago, and I sent it to Apple for reparation... yesterday they called that they'd fixed it and would return it tomorrow (31st december) .. at least it's still in 2009 but damn I've been raging about this x)

We have this cool automated post machine where you just put your package on a scale, enter the zip code it's going to, swipe your credit card, and it prints you a postage label. Everyone seems to be afraid of it however and it's always free while people are waiting in line at the regular counter.
