  • I don't think that this is completely accurate! I believe that the exercise regimen is accurate, but for the 1200 calories a day... that is not accurate at all. I watched an interview of Miranda Kerr where she says that she eats at least 1600 calories a day, but she just eats very healthily. Also, it is not true that "fruits are forbidden". All of the models say that they love eating fruits.

  • woah, okay nobody should be eating only 1200 calories a day. I was eating exactly 1200 when I had anorexia (I remember keeping track of everything). It is not right to be advertising extreme dieting...

  • @bmyluva thanks for your comment-I never said it was a SECRET. However, each VS model is on a special diet. Klum is...she doesn't just eat small portions. Do your homework.

  • @URABombShell i didn't say YOU said it was a secret, many people think that being thin is all about doing some dumb diet or not eating or drugs or something weird, it's about eating less/moving more. If she does that diet, it's probably a little in advance to her show.

  • lol... this is a low carb diet, its nothing special really, i'm a guy and im only 16 years old and to be on a low carb diet is not an easy task, I have tried it to get down to a really low boy fat % and it was really tough with having school. So what im saying is if you are sitting at home or you can control when you eat, you should go for it, but if you have work or school and you cant really control these things then you should just exercise otherwise you will be so tired the whole time.

  • @CrocoGamers that's a "keto" diet right? i tried it once before, i lost plenty of weight but uughh >_< it came back when i ate carbs and my face got oily.. i had work AND school i was like ajshoaht i wanted bread so bad. Good luck though!!!

  • Dairy= milk products. Including yogurt, cheese, milk, etc. you should cut out fruits because it has a lot of sugar but only cut it out in the afternoon or later. Bread = carbs. So duh no bread.
