only did kaiserschmarrn [fill in your favourite bad 'doing something' pun here] once, but i used a little bit of apple juice [very little, because it's a little bit too acidic and you obviously will need more flour] in the dough.

Austrians kind of have a sweet tooth so occasionally we like to eat dishes like that with (an also sweet side dish) as full blown meals instead of a more conventional main dish ^_^

it really is easy to make and very forgiving if you make the dough too thin or too thick.
of course feel free to add the raisins or nuts or cranberries and some rum or cognac!
i even heard of someone using cointreau for little orange tang ^_-
