To the people who said this isn't on the boxset it is, it's season 5 'The One Where Everybody Finds Out' I live in Ireland and I have the white boxset, I think it's the 15th anniversary edition, I'm assuming it's the UK edition boxset because Ireland and UK have the same stuff. Don't know about the US edition.

In the States, you can only see that scene on the DVD, which has the uncut episodes. Even here in the States, when that episode first aired, they cut that scene out, but they kept it when they showed it overseas.
