you people have totally missed the point. completely. this show is not about changing yourself in the hope that you'll be happier - if you have issues with your body (such as body dismorphia) then it doesn't matter how much weight you lose, you will never be happy. the great thing about gok is that he accepts you for what you are and helps you to do the same. perhaps you lot need to start thinking realistically about your perceptions of beauty?
I believe that you can be beautiful no matter what size you are and a few pounds over- or underweight don't matter as long as you live a healthy lifestyle. HOWEVER these women are not just a few pounds overweight and especially fat in the belly area carries many health risks. I'm all for a campaign against unhealthy catwalk ideals, but please show healthy, active women instead of promoting a bodyshape that is just as unhealthy as those size zero beanpoles.
@RobertHalo3 I should hope the feel normal too the difference of 3 inches is not really all that large. But to the woman Gok is trying to help 3 inches might as well be 3 yards. So this particular woman has lost a lot of weight do due a dieting club and is still not happy with her body. It that point even if she was a skinny mini she would not be happy with her tummy. Being thin doesn't make you perfect.
the other girls maybe got more inches but they are way more beautiful . even if theres got more inches they lock more healthy . the old woman only locks fat and she lock like she have a bad condition . all the other girls are sexy. her in the middle is my type of girl.
