Its Corn Cob Bedding, it last twice as long and is perfectly safe for hamsters. The MacHome is made by them so you can't order it and it is really hard to find monitor type.

Being I've had many hamsters and know the care for them, you should change your bedding at least once a week.

I had to hamsters just like that thay were called crackers and chesse chesse was the white one and crackers was the gray one thay were so cute but your are cuter!! =D

Your hamsters are adorable! I agree with Argonize, though, the cotton balls, wool, or bed fluff is dangerous. It can wrap around limbs, twist around intestines, cut off circulation, wrap around teeth, get stuck in pouches, etc. etc. It's just dangerous.

A great alternative is shredded TP or facial tissues.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but those are very dangerous. Anyone who cares about their pets would understand and care about their safety.

yes it is and they have been using it quite frequently. It maybe the the litter that you put in it. We were using another one previously and they just refused to go in at all! :D

just to let you know,cotton wool or anything wooly isnt good for hamsters.

the fibres dont dissolve and could get stuck in their stomachs.
