It's just plain ol' Photoshop, I believe.

The program he's using to draw is Photoshop. It costs a few hundred bucks, so a cheaper way would be to download GIMP. It's a freeware program that has the same functions as Photoshop.

Alrighty, i'm using a wacom sapphire A6 size, drawing on Photoshop CS2 and recording with Camtasia. I hardly ever answer comments...you're in luck my friend! Mail me if you wanna chat more ;)

I used a wacom, it serves me well.
