  • I never appreciate her latest performances because she always skips half the song.

  • She did not even mess with that high part.  She probably tired vocally from all the touring.

  • @Oonthada I hear ya! But, in her defense, it must be difficult to sing this while touring. I remember hearing the soundtrack being blown away at her vocal...but, also realizing that she'd NEVER be able to live up to the recording on the road. I guess that's the blessing and curse of this song. I think Jennifer Holliday fell victom to the demands of this song, as well. Part of me wishes they would just omit it from their set if they can't reproduce the recording.
