  • @Airtransrecon I do a hand clap which is visible on the video and heard on the audio. Then I can sync them using my video editing software (Sony Vegas).

  • @Airtransrecon .....forgot to answer the other question. I use a Y-adapter in the headset plus, which feeds into a small digital audio recorder.
