I did a little research, not all states recognize same-sex marriages from other states so the full faith and credit clause clearly isn't that black and white. Thanks for pointing it out because I went and researched it and got it right. I know the states reserve certain rights like defining marriage which confuses me on why the federal govt would need to pass DOMA. More to research. Perhaps we're both fallible??

Cabinet agencies aren't mentioned in the Constitution.
