Training hard is important, no doubt, but it is still just Training. Thats something you do to get better at your sport - not to kill yourself. There is no point in risking serious injury just to finnish a sloppy training attempt, wich isn´t even a PR or anything!
@ 0:52 when you get the bar high enough but you suddenly chicken out , and the pattern is set even if you take off like 10 kg you still do the same thing , at the moment i feel like i rather had the bar drop on my head
Great video! Actually feels good to realize that even the great lifters sometimes get that "ok, not gonna happen" feeling during a lift. Always thought that I'm doing something wrong :)
This was very comon when I trained in Bulgaria you'll get stronger from bringing your self to that state of falure!! Keep up the good work lads and keep the FAITH!!
anybody who trains seriously should truly appreciate this video. It's one of the main reasons i love this channel, you guys are humble and honest about the hard work you put in and are not afraid to admit that you are human after all. It's easy to watch all the amazing videos that you post of seriously badass lifts and forget that for every PR there have been about 5 misses. Great Stuff, the type of training education which is often miss in our "win win win" society.
