@jokeracts my choice would be the bmw e90 330i..... , spend additional 1-2 litre of petrol in 100KM for the advantage of 100 Horse power, better strength and protection againts traffic accident collision.
my bmw e36 328i using the RON95 petrol, with no leak on fuel system (pipe, tanks), i done 185km+/- with the fuel level gauge drop at about 1/8.
just compare the 6-cylinder 2.8L single vanos aluminium-nikasil engine with 4-cylinder 1.4L multiair engine, there is not too much different, for 1.5-2L of petrol only for every 100KM...?
the RON97 would be better advantage in theorytical...
i had read and compare the advantages of both car, e36 328i (stock 0-100km/h in 7 sec) and Alpha romeo Mito (0-100km/h in 7.5sec), the 1.4L multiair system had a fuel consumption rate of 6.0L/100KM as stated in the wikipedia multiair article. it does not state that was for highway or city drive? mass of 1.2 tonnes. I had done some update/mod on my e36 328i, mass around 1.4-1.5 tonnes, the fuel consumption rated at 6.6L-7.5L/100KM on the 18but OBC display with cruising around 90km/h at highway.
i have this car.. Alfa Mito, this car is really great. i love his drive.. standard, normal, weather. In standard, the car speeds up. Two words : Buy it

If only they would bring these to Canada, it would stand out amongst our sea of Corolla's, Sunfire's and Civics.
