i always hurt the bone in my shoulder although my roll feels perfect and iv been doing rolls for a few years as i used to do martial arts but parkour for anly a couple of months i tried changing my roll so it didnt hurnt my shoulder but then it dosent feel right and i feel it hard on my spine so i know thats wrong!! any advice?
at last someone who actualy tells you how to do it!
