@StanEvalio I've only heard a handful of performances of this piece, and they all seem to favour different sections of the ochestra. I don't think he's changed it as such, but he's concerntraited more on the higher string range and percussion over the lower brass range (which is a lot more prominant in other performances). I would say, however, that the end section is best performed in Chailly's interpretation. Also you have to bear in mind, the stench of badass is thick off this piece.
