Meanwhile, film the second hand on a wall clock,24 hrs.a day 7 days a week,a Million seconds will take 12 and a half days,to pass.A Billion seconds takes 32 YEARS.The Bradley cost $16,BILLION DOLLARS,to design, and it took them 14 years to finally get it right. The USA ARMY Design Team,OUR TAXES paid for that, did you know that? There is a Movie,"The Bradley" which will tell you the story,an Army guy ratted, then got shipped to the South Pole.Watch it.
@billy1212ist Wow radical much? The M2A3 Bradley is a damn good vehicle. I don't care what happened on the road to delivery, I care about what it is now. This is a top of the line IFV, much better than most out there.
@zerocker45 I wouldn't say the BMP-2 is better and with the Puma's coaxle gun being of 5.56 mm it's hard to say. But I didn't say it was the best, but it is good none-the-less.
@franknbeans4761 The Puma has a 30 mm MK30-2/ABM autocannon, Spike LR anti-tank guided missiles and its coaxial gun is a great machine gun recognized as one of the best machine guns now days probably better than the PKM. The BMP-2 is at the same hight as the Bradley and is only inferior because of the Armor if not, the BMP-2 would be higher the thing is that its designed to be amphibious so it has to be light armored in contrast to the Bradley.
@zerocker45 The Puma is very good. I have no complaints about that. I never meant to sound like the Bradley was the best, but it is far from being the worst.
However, the BMP-2 does severely lack armor when compared to Bradley, like you said.
@franknbeans4761 Yes. As well as the BMP-1. Russians made the BMP-1/2's Frontal Arc to recist 23mm rounds but it came out to happen that the Bushmaster 25mm is mucho poder for it.
The Bradley is in fact a good vehicle, not perfect but still does the job.
@m1up Depends, but in war, there's no such thing as an equal fight, i'm going to use my apaches's and abram's to full extent in tearing up anything on the battle field
@SgtDrDeath The bradley has TOW missiles to take other armoured vehichles out. Not including the armour piercing 25mm rounds or explosive rounds. so yea i think they could
My Step-Dad worked for FMC on the Bradley program in the late '80s. I was working for Teledyne at the time and was involved in M60 tank upgrade w/120mm gun and Teledyne Continental Turbo Diesel engine. M60A3 kept us "in the game" until the Abrams was fully deployed. I got to witness some early Bradley live fire tests. They ARE AWESOME! Good times..
It cost 16 Billion Dollars and took 14 years to design,a rip off."The Bradley" movie tells the tale.watch it it you care.

Bradley would not stand a chance against the CV90 Combat vehicle.
