this is a mediation technique, any spirituality that is derived is subject to ones own interpretation (you can thank your god for any benefit you achieve after the 10 days.). i actually came away in awe at the level of concentration i could achieve, it blew my mind...i wish i had done it when i was younger.

What music is playing in the beganning and end?

That's the music it is played every morning between the first early meditation and breakfeast, it is played by some speakers so you can hear from everywhere. I can not tell you exactly what kind of music is, I believe it is sung in an ancient language (wich I don't remember now) spoken at the time of budism big days

Hola, hacer el curso Vipassana fue una gran experiencia, recomendable a cualquier persona, es como ir al colegio a aprender algo. No lo practico regularmente, pero lo aprendido lo utilizo de una manera u otra en el dia a dia. Gracias a ti.

my friend i say persevere. Don't give up. I completed a full 10 day course and only until the next course did i understood the first step.

You really need to follow the 5 precepts and you really need to try to be pure or believe you are pure. Be good, be kind, be compassionate, love others not because of religion or someone says but because you believe you're a good person. It's only after this that you really are truely doing vipassana. Just believe and love. :)

What I mean by "everything looks the same" is the way the course is layed out is the same. The course was wonderful outstanding fantastic. I had many spiritual experiences, etc. Everyone should do the course, etc.
