Sorry to leave you so many comments just to all that I just wanted you to know all of the facts before you rate Disney Quest a Complete waste of time.
It's a fine line of trying to review places so it doesn't come off as a complete bash. I enjoyed my visit, but it's sad to see things like the dirty VR helmets, the condition of the pinball,classics and the Genie missing.
Thanks for saying the movie was cut due to a safety issue, I know you have to keep the "magic" so I didn't really expect a real answer. For almost $50 a ticket, I wanted to see the games in better shape, even thought I know that's next to impossible with all the visitors.
@PressStartComic Well with the dirty VR helmets, we keep them as clean as we can but we can only do it at times when there aren't any guest because we a) need time to do so and b) we have to spray the Face Shields, the soft part, with a disinfectant spray that has a very strong smell of what I describe as glue that take 5 mins to dry. As for that games: the new ones do get rotated out with different ones every so often but as you said there is only so much we can do for that old ones.
@PressStartComic It might make you feel better to know that every time I've gone into that Arcade Game shop that has always been a classic game in there being brought back to good condition. The mechanics are very dedicated and do very much hate to see that games being abused.

Second this is what you said about Cyber Space Mountain. Just a small thing. I just wanted to let you know that each coaster can make that same maximum amount of loops as always: 13, it will never make you remove anything.
Now there were two things you talked about in your review that bugged me. One: us cutting corners. Disney does everything in their ability to maximize every ones experience. Yes the Genie is currently gone, and yes we say he is on vacation to every guest but we do it to keep the magic, not to treat you like you are five. I mean what if you had asked that girl, and I do think I know who you are talking about, about the genie and she had said that the projector weight was creating safety problems-
As a Disney Quest Cast Member myself this video made me rather sad not because of how bad you talked about DQ but because of how true most of the thing you said were. It is true that a lot of our game are not up to their best but we do everything we can for them. There are techs at DQ 24/7 to make sure that the games are running and they are constantly being clean so that they look nice.
Go with other people on a group pass package. Then use there free passes and go as much as you want for free. Disney has lots of vacation packages that include Disney Quest. Take Grandmas pass and go for free while she watches the kids and you play mad pinball. Like you said they do cut corners.
GlobalVR should really stick to doing bad PC to arcade game ports. Kinda surprised how bad Disney Quest is though - didn't go there last time out. But that impression of the girl was priceless!
