Hi Maria, I love to cook. I was wondering if you're aware that you were touching the cat, rubbing your hands on your jeans, and touching the food you cooked after the cat,then afterwards, you poured the cooked eggs on the same place the cat jumped on. Do you concern yourself with where's the cat's been? Germs do exist so what about cleanness? Why should a good cook like yourself spoil it with uncleanness, no offense just concerned. Maggie1223

Regarding the cat. The eggs went back into the heat so germs left on the counter should have been killed by reheating but there is a valid point to consider.

People walk into the house with germs on the soles of shoes. Cat walks on floor, picks up germs on feet, jumps on counter and deposits germs. I wouldn't put my shoe on the counter and then put food in the same spot. Kitty has germs on feet. Animal lovers, please think about germs. I love animals too but I do think about things like that.

I really appreciate the time and clarity you put into the video. There was a comment made about canola and there really is a lot of controversy flying around right now. Suggest you switch to either olive or grape seed oil for now. Grape seed oil actually tastes good! And there are companies in America making it.

Typically, the cat goes in the wok after the green peas and before the rice....sooooo this is a new recipe. very nice.well done crazy cat lady.

(im gonna add a half pint of scotch and 3 prozacs, then im gonna gently stir in some anti psychotics i got from the free clinic....ooh thats nice)

this is so beginners fried rice- something my little 6 year old sister could do, u dont put the rice in to the end usually, this is so u can properly cook the ingredients and then fry the rice, ORDER is essential in fried rice.

Everyone feels differently about their animals, my cats are indoor only, very clean and family members ... plus you can just follow the recipe and skip the cat part if you choose...keep it light guys!

If you're that disturbed about it, don't ever eat at a Chinese restaurant. Once the cat jumps up there on the butcher block, it never comes down again.

I take from your comment that it is very unlikely that you would be hugging and kissing a cat. My cat gets on the table when I eating, and jump on my bed when I am resting. I think she believes that she has the same rights that I have, and when I try to argue against that, she look into my eyes and always wins!
