@kingpleasure. My best guess is, Joe Williams has overshadowed him, the two voices being too similar for the general crowd to make any difference. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Joe Willams, but I wish they were both equally known as the great singers they are.

Thanks for posting this. I've been listening to Bill Henderson since 1961 and have all his albums from back then. I've always thought he was one of the greatest jazz singers and have never understood why he never got any recognition. He was so good he should have been a household name, but instead he had to work in films to make a living. You can't even find a video clip of him on Youtube. It's criminal!
