it scares me that this will happen one day, many countries (uk, france, germany, japan, etc.) have already implemented "green" laws into effect....

can't they just let us enjoy our vehicles and our lives until they actually have concrete evidence that global warming is real? i see no problem with limiting the amound of NOx and O in the air using catalytic converters, but there's no reason to tax people based on the co2 they emit.

Great funny commercial, the green police officer is interacting with the city police as if they were random citizens. Notice in 00:25 the green cop bends down to give the authoritive eye to eye contact like "I don't care if you're cops too, you are breaking the law gentelman!" Cops need to obey the law too without exceptions. Great professionalism of the green cop, yea!

Yeah they do make clean diesel cars, and yeah they can run on bio diesel and yeah they do have bio-diesel at all kinds of gas stations in germany, but even audi has a since of humor. They had to retool all their factories doing diesel cars to run the new low sulfur American standard, so if you don't see the fact they are making fun of American Eco-fascists and selling a great car your daft.

They show in another commercial a cue of people being inspected on a highway for Green compliance with the lucky, savvy Audi owner being exempted from the search (because he has an Audi). The Green police are clearly on Audi's side...and Audi is clearly in harmony with the Green police. To make satire of the GP is to make satire of Audi. I don't see any satire of Audi-but rather a siding of Audi with an eco authority that is above normal police.
