1) we have 3 official languages (english, français, deutsch=german!!!)

That's not at all the case: proportionally more Hungarians/Slovaks/Poles/Estonians speak English than Frenchmen, Spaniards or Italians... (This is evidently so when it comes to younger people).
Only "Nordic countries" (the Netherlands, North Belgium, Scandinavia) can be said to have "all" the population speaking English as the 2nd language.
So, please, don't make such silly generalizations.

besides eutube, you can check "eutubede" and "eutubefr": you will find out videos are added in different moments in these 3 accounts, and languages are chosen according to the country of the society who creates them.
In fact this amazing, funny video has come up on eutubede at first, and then it has been subtitled (luckily, because i study german but i can't handle such a fast conversation!).

Well, most of the EUtube videos are in English and this one has English subtitles, so I do not understand your problem. By the way there are more native speakers of German in the EU than there are native speakers of English so it is only fair if they do some German videos as well.

If you ever studied EU right or history you should know:
1) we have 3 official languages (english, français, deutsch=german!!!)
2) EU only took an initial capital from its countries, it now has its own resources coming from custom duties and tariffs, or communitarian trade taxes. So don't worry, you haven't paid for something you didn't like.

And besides it's much easier than the akward German :-) ( grammatically speaking ).
