    einfach toll und sehr groß

I come back next year Mary !

  • I was on board - a fabulous day, ship and stay

  • i Love Minnie Mouse i Bumped in to Her

  • FAB FOOTAGE gr8 vid. now thats wot you call a ship. once in a life time sail on this monster xxx its g8

  • estuvo en vigo y ocupa todo el puerto.. realmente grande

  • Queen MAry 2 is a British boat built in France by Alstom in ST nazaire..beautiful!

  • Shame P&O didn't think like Cunard and save the Canberra from being cut up to pieces when she was retired. Bastards!

  • i loved the canberra

ive been on 3 cruises on her

she got destroyed by sum stupid pakistanis

  • Great video! Good to see the 2 "Queens of the Seas" together. I watched the QE2 being built in my home town of Clydebank. She is a beautiful ship. When she sailed down river it was a sad day. We all knew she was the last liner to be built on the Clyde. The end of an era. I think they were hoping to bring her back to form part of a new transport and martime museum in Glasgow but that is not going to happen. Hopefully she will be well looked after in Dubai.

  • That bitch is huge! I did a report and a CAD drawing of it last year in high school. $800,000,000 = DAMN.

  • what a brilliant video !!!!

  • I used to work on the QE2 in security,

got paid to cruise the world.

Until the Greeks took over and replaced the western staff with philippinos!

  • amazing video.

saw a quick documentary about these ships on dailyplanetclips dot ca, got me really intrigued.

  • yeah it was awesome being there!

  • Considering a cruise for your holiday or your honeymoon? You'll think twice after you google search: "Maritime Security by Bonesman322." It's a long, fascinating read, a blog about how maritime capital interests use organized crime to take over unions and undermine organized Labor--people like you--to keep wages low and working conditions horrible.

  • Ship's don't last forever chaps.....I think her new will be good for her.

  • I agree-a sad end for such a great ship and marvelous tradition.

  • I want to travel on the Queen Mary 2 for my senoir trip. Yup, I'm already saving up. v_v Nice vid, it is a historical moment because the two are sister ships, gald you got it on video!

  • i live in South Shields just near Newcastle England. Queen Elizabeth 2 is on her last visit to South Shields before she retires all together......... if you search for QE2 South Shields or QE2 river tyne, in a few days you should get to see her coming and leaving us... she is massive.... and she deserved her goodbye visit from SOUTH SHIELDS UK ......

  • I am annoyed that they're retiring QE2. It really is the last of the proper transatlantic liners, and I enjoy watching it come in to Fremantle near sunrise every year or so.

And now it's going to belong to a bunch of rich bastards in Dubai!! Sucky....

    PS. Nice video!

  • Yeah the RMS should keep at least one historical liner in service like Queen Elizabeth 2. Now she'll just be a hotel.

  • y all ships are named queen and ever!!!daaahhhh!!!!!!!

  • thanks, but what does this have to do with the QM2 and QE2?

  • awesome stuff . thankxx for sharing

  • The most awesome liners afloat--thanks for taking the trouble to share it!

  • Yay QM2! I hear she's the largest cruise vessel on earth. @_@

  • Actually most of the passengers on the QM2 are rich Americans.

  • maybe BUT SHE IS A BRITISH SHIP. both are actualyl

  • shes still a british ship

and not a monstrosity u idiot

  • It's british design and just built in France.

  • The Cunard Line are cunts and so is P&O. They got rid of British crews to employ foreign crew who get paid a pittance and rely on tips for their wages. The senior ratings are able to treat the foreigners like shit and are able to get away with it. Only the Officers remain British and the British Merchant Navy was ruined a long time ago. Fuck Cunard the cunts.

  • wow you sound quite bitter! did you once work at cunard? i don't know what the people are like on board - I'm more impressed by the fact that people can create such massive feats of engineering. I guess the staff situation reflects the current state of the globalized world - hire cheap labour from overseas and do with them what you will. It sucks but it's reality...

  • sorry awmob your video is really impressive, I did indeed work in the merchant navy and am bitter with some of the shenanigans that have taken place.

No worries though a good video

  • Over paid euro whiners are a bore.

  • What is a bore is for some poor filipinos or indians not to get off the ship for a year when it should be every 3 months, and they don't hardly get paid. It is not right to treat people like this.

  • A year without going ashore! That's horrible. I believe it though... Things like that, sadly, will continue to happen as long as there are human beings on this planet.

  • Brilliant. Very atmospheric. Thanks for posting! The most famous, fastest, best looking (in my view) liner of all, QE2.

  • Yeah it is very cool! Thanks for watching!

  • Ragemanchoo, their is another video on this event, I uploaded a few hours ago. But it came out very low quality for some reason.

  • haha you are welcome!

  • hehe yeah there are a few one guy responded with a hilarious vid.

  • HI,I was lucky enough to sail on her last year, leaving Rotterdam with the reception that place gave us will be a lifelong memory, thanks for this ,fantastic...

  • mate i'd love to sail on these ships. must have been unbelievable! seeing the ships in real life is awesome enough!

  • I saw it come thrugh the Golden Gate in California. I was also amazing! Sailed under the bridge and missed it by 27 feet. We had the same feelings that you had. Great video!

  • hehe QE2 is too big to sail under the sydney harbour bridge!
