  • FYI this is a video taken from the CBTNuggets series for CCNA. The guys name is Jeromy and if you can find the full set its ***** (5 stars) the only problem is the video series was made in 2007 so its not exactly the most up-to-date information. That said the videos are very helpful.

  • At around 14:00 you mentioned that new networks be added individually into the routing table, before you have enough to implement a /19 mask. However, is it possible whereby instead of using a /24 mask for these new networks, you use a /23 or /22 or /21 mask? example if we now have .16.0 and .17.0, instead of using 2 more routes can we just add a .16.0/23? Likewise if we had networks up to .19.0 could we use a /22 mask? that would also allow less advertised routes. Is this possible?
