Last time we were there the food was not served the way we were used to be served.
They offered "la continuation" on the same plate. No clean plate!
And the rest of the meat was taken to the kitchen and than back to the table. Was not even warm.
They have put more tables in the restaurant and have not enough place to serve.
The vegetables were warm, but not hot. And the taste was not fantastic, salt was missing!!
I also missed a lot "le service a table" !

We love Michellin 3star Auberge d'Lill and
Mr Mark Haeberlain.they are the longest 41 years 3star Michellin restaurant in the world. We also had enjoyed their restaurant in Tokyo rokponki and Nagoya station Toyota building. They are wonderful!
