He's saying that one of the most important thing is flexing. He's saying the most important muscles involved in this are the forearms, triceps, biceps, your neck, your sides, chest, thigh, all the way down to your lower parts of the leg. First thing you need to keep in mind is the muscles that you will be using first is the ones in the wrists, use motion of revving a motorbike. While doing this your forearm should be flexing at the same time. Then for the muscles on the upper parts of the arm.
While doing flexes on your arm you should be imagining and using all of your muscles at the same time. (contract). You must also always practice flexing on rhythm along with music. Instead of hit on every beat, it'd be easier to hit every other beat. 1 (hit) 2(ignore) 1(hit) etc. Now we will discuss the neck and traps hits.Try and move place your hands on the side of your neck and move your neck around and feel the muscles moving.
From that state you can hit using those muscles that you felt. If you do not feel that muscle then you don't have a neck. (joke) When hitting your neck area please imagine hitting a boulder hard. When you're not hitting then you should let your neck relax and move freely but when you wish for a hit you should do as instructed. When hitting your chest please do not stick your chest out because that gives no room for your lower part of your upper body then you have period where it can rest.
And aim your chest to go up in a 45 degrees angle. The important about hitting the chest is that you don't move your shoulders along with the hit. The image that you should have is that your ribs are opening apart and letting your chest go free.
Then after you hit forward now to go backwards, it's the same concept but you go back down in the same angle. Now for your thighs, when you flex your thighs without a particular angle , you can still see the movement. If you flex your thighs, gluts, and lower calves then it you should see movement as well. When you do this however isolations become difficult because your upper body will move as well so what you do is . . . (the video stops) so go to part two lol.
