Thank the forest service for not bringing our 7 Heavy air tankers to Texas to help out. We could have helped save homes. Really sad politics got in the way of saving peoples homes.

Anybody know what the status is on this fire and where I can get the latest information, Because I can't find anything past 8PM besides youtubes from earlier today.
@preceptafterprecept Rick Perry has already said he's not allowing any government funded agencies near this fire. The only way to put out the fire is to reduce the deficit.
I started to cry watching this. My house isn't too far from this area and I know a lot of the people who are having to be evacuated. This is just saddening.
:( I used to live over there, now living South Austin, but this is so tragic. My heart goes out to our Earth and to the people who have lost their homes :(
I am so sorry for this. We had a much much much smaller fire than this yesterday in College Station, but it was luckily contained to a field in the middle of town, I don't think anyone was hurt, but it damaged alot. :( prayers to y'all !!
