I Think it's a tie they both are awesome in their own way. They both have different styles. Panic At The Disco sometimes wears costumes when they perform, but MCR changes their style and look for each album. I say they both win
I like both bands because they are both very musically talented bands (I. E. My Chem's ability to make everything fit together and not sound awkward, and Panic!'s multi-instrumentalist members). So I can't pick. I say, both bands. =) Everyone's a winner in my book.

It's funny how a couple of months ago I probably would've said "Panic! are good but MCR kick ass!!"
Now I would say "Panic! own!"
But thats not true... I think the real truth is Panic! at the Disco rock way more before Pretty. Odd. But now, MCR beat them into the ground... Sadly... Now that Ryan and Jon are gone... There's barely any competition member wise... But Oh, Glory was really good [way better than NP] and I think they could be back in the running.

MCR is THE best.. so much better than P!ATD.. for their music..songs..everything..

there really is no "BEST" cos tey both kickass in totaly different genres. for example if it was for class you can undoubtedly say P!ATD cos come on how many other bands like them have you seen wearing a tophat!!! but mcr is more emo with a bit of soloing right its alot heavier... P!atd is more light listenin for metal heads like me... even tho i llike most music its gotta b panic for me cos tbh "they got class"
