  • YOU NEVER ANSWERED ME GRRRRRR

  • So has the b12 shots helped with low energy , depression and anxiety? Curious cause i am intruiged in trying it. Thanks

  • So do you get a major energy boost from your b12 shots? I took mine and they make me a bit irritable.

  • Cute, brainy, bespectacled and afflicted with a raft of physical problems. Just the type I always seem to fall for.

  • You;re obnoxious

  • hey great video!! kuz I take b-complex shots often and right on my quadricepts just like you on this video but the one I take is a mixture b12, b-6, and b-1 and boy has it changed my life I mean the concentration, energy, improvement in memory, etc.... anyways I was wondering if anyone can tell me how deep do I have to go on my quadricepts to get in deep in the muscle kuz I heard your suppose to shot up deep in muscle to make the shot more effective? if anyone can help?

  • Wow, you did not bother to check for air bubbles and you did not aspirate...When giving an IM injection you should always aspirate!

  • i understand why your nude video got 190000 views but what's up with this one

are there injection fetishists or something

  • great job! I have taken b12 but did the injection in my ass cheek. Too nervous to hit a nerve in my leg and i enjoy walking correctly. Well hope their helping you alot. Peace

  • you can allways buy a sharps contianer too, just depenfing on your state laws which i live in Kentucky and have communicated with my local garbage man, sometimes you can set the sharps container in the trash for disposal, otherwise you have to follow your states disposal laws. dirty needles are bad for trash workers, so dont dispose of them in the trash UNLESS you have it in a sharps bin.

  • you forgot to aspirate! i have pernicious anemia and i allways aspirate, never know what your gonna hit and i use a 5/8" needle to draw and 1" for injection. allways better to aspirate because it takes 2 seconds to do it, or you would have more problems in the long run, one time i forgot to aspitate and apperently some of it got into my blood steam and it caused me to feel sick for a couple of days with flu like symptoms. dont forget to aspitate!

  • you will get a infection... it's not right! you must clean the surface of the skin right before you introduce the needle. you have cleaned the surface of the skin and after that you touch it with you blouse. and yeah... you need 2 needles.

  • Also like rayray said pull back on the syringe while you are in the muscle to make sure only air is pulled back and no blood (veryyyy important) that is after you find the right spot for injection .

  • basically everything you did in the video was wrong .. no offence you said your dad was a doctor of some sort .. if so maybe you should consult with him again on how to do intramuscular injections . only because they are the most prone infection injections . you should invest in individually wrapped alcohol wipes . also a filler needle with a smaller gauge (thicker needle) for filling the liquid into the syringe , then transferring the syringe to a brand new never been open needle. good luck :)

  • thank you very educational

  • Few notes: 1. You took off the cap of the needle and set it down, but never cleaned it before putting in in the vile. 2. You never properly checked to see if you had any air bubbles in the syringe. 3. It is an intermuscular injection...TRUE, but you never pulled the syringe to see if blood would come into it meaning you were in a vein. bubbles could kill. 4. Never stick the needle all the way in. It could break inside. leave it out 1/8th of inch. Other than that, very great vid.

  • YOU LOOK JUST LIKE JUNO!!!

  • I'm getting ready to do these to myself but I chocked today in the doctor's office so we're going to try again on Monday. I think it's the quick dart movement that has me freaked out. If I do it slowly, it might hurt more but it seems easier than stabbing myself. Wish me luck! You make it look so easy.

  • i love you!

    youre beauty!

  • didnt that hurt? you just stuck a needle in your leg! haha

  • you have some great looking legs! the gutt and the butt are great places for shots also coming from an insulin dependant diabetic that takes a lot of shots

  • Wow you remind me of someone...i just can't remember who ! It will probably come to me later, but anyway nice vids...

  • juno

  • omg you are soo brave :S

  • Is this covered by insurance?

  • such such a strange girl when you look like you do!!

  • Que ridicula, con su bandita...

  • like your nails

  • You know for intramuscular shots you really don't need a bandaid, The bleeding will stop pretty fast on it's own and for an easier time they also make alcohol swabs for injections.

  • cute pooch

  • hi hi

  • You're very brave. Then again, I guess you don't have much choice do you?

  • is it a valium shot?

  • yes.

  • I got a valium shot in the butt once !!!

  • You should do it in your arm next time

  • Is it important to flick the needle so all the little air bubbles get to the top so you can un-syringe the air out or is that a wives tale, just things they do in the movies for effect?

  • haha yeah it is needed if you are giving the shot in the vein, i do it for muscular shots because sometimes if i don't get all the sir out the b12 will bubble up out of the hole, and no one wants that.

  • I inject b12 using 1cc insulin syringe, with 29, 30, or 31 gage needle. The higher the number, the thinner the needle. The needle is 1/2 inch long.

I always do subcutaneous instead of intramuscular. They are almost as effective.

healthwarehouse has the syringes i use.

  • wow! hardcore! thanks for not blaming me! yipes!

  • I give myself a B12 shot once a week because my body can't absorb B12 from my food. looks bad but it doesn't hurt at all in the thigh. Its a big muscle. Hurts like fuck in the arm though, so for self administered Im thigh is definitely the easiest place to do it.

  • HOLY SHIT! whhhhhatttttt are you doinnnnnnnngg!!!!? Im glad your back is finally fixed but shiiiit gurl thats scary.

  • though i may be a delinquent

  • yo you freakin rock and your editing is entertaining yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ahhhahah ure so cute

and i didnt relize how much i kinda hate needles till now

  • haha i wont poke you i promise

  • lol oh trust me id wouldnt be in the same room

  • chocolate chip?

  • (^ - ^)

  • What all does an alternative doctor do? They help with everything? Because I've a lot of things wrong with me, but my parents never have the time or money to make me all the appointments I need. I've got anxiety disorder, they think I might be bipolar, back problems, I might be malnourished, skin problems, very weak immune system, etc. Would they be able to help me get to feeling better OVERALL, and not just try to get rid of one or two of my problems?

  • i have a lot of those problems as well. and my answer is yes, if you find a good one they will do everything they can to not only fix all of those things, but prevent your body from doing what it does to make you feel that way. i'm not sure about the b polar thing, but they can certainly cure back problems, malnourishment, skin problems and immunity. however the better ones tend to be on the expensive side, though you can try billing your insurance company if you have one. i recommend it

  • thank you for the information!

  • Nice. I would be too afraid to shoot myself up.

I'ld rather have someone else do it for me.

    Interesting stuff, though.

  • EVERYTHING YOU LOVE WILL DIE. ok, now that you're depressed you can go back to doing videos.

also, aren't you afraid you'll poke the leg bone sticking the syringe perpendicular to the leg like that?

  • haha you know, that used to go through my mind a lot.. thank god for thigh fat.

ladies- let that be a lesson.

  • By OD, are you talking about a degree, or does that stand for something else? An OD is an optometry degree. DO is an osteopathic doctor, and I thought that was what you were talking about...but I could be wrong.

  • haha thank you, DO i'm getting dyslexic in my B12 haze

  • What did the doctor do to help with the vitamin D deficiency? Is that what the B shots are for? Also, how often can you give yourself those shots and is there any ill effects if you did it too often.

    Thanks!

  • My doctor has me taking D 5000 (I know it sounds like a hell of a lot, but the amount decreases over time). The B vitamins and B12 help me with my Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome, which means those little adrenal glands above my kidneys aren't making enough cortisol, which eases the body's anxiety and energy. And no, an excess amount (to my knowledge) will not hurt you. Some people take B12 shots everyday

    Hope that answers your question!

  • Thanks so much! I am going to ask my doctor if I can get them.

  • Apparently the internet doesn't mitigate the horror needles fill me with. It's a tough choice between being glad you're happier and wishing depression upon you to get more videos. =]

  • thanks :)

  • if you could have seen my face.

  • hahaha oh my god i can imagine it so well

  • Good to see you back, happy and healthy.

Is that an engagement ring you have on?

  • oh yeah that thing. it's complicated.

  • :O < surprise face

  • I was just wondering about you tonight!!!! THERE YOU IZZZZZZZ...

  • iz here brutha!!!

  • Finally something new from you but wow this is insane doing this twice a week!

  • ouch,i dont think id be able to injectmyself anywhere,at the hospital they said yeahif youwant to dothis yourself go ahead but,i just couldt do it! id be worried about hitting some of the major arteries in my leg...could you just have a energy drink...lots of b12 in there :)

but,its november, less sunlight, time where alot ofpeople get SAD,so...im not supprised about the sunlight thing!

  • Oh, oh! So you DON'T wipe your ass first. That's where I was going wrong.

  • <3 that's a butt not a heart

  • Delicious grape fruit juice and gross injection. Glad that you're healthy though

  • yay you're back!!!!

  • Oriental Doctors are fantastic.

I used to date a diabetic, so injections are like brushing your teeth to me.
