I'm going to visit US next year. I'm not renting Camaro. I'm not renting Challenger. I'm gonna rent new, shiny, red, 5.0 V8, 2010, GT Mustang with automatic transmission (sorry, im sick of that stick called manual trans, in europe, we got it everywhere and im not some fucking cook to shake my hand all the time).
I hope Yonsen8 is right, i love all the new muscle cars, the Mustangs, Camaros, and Challengers, i think they're all amazing and i hate how everyone is staying stubbornly divided amongst the three while the imports are giving us much bigger fish to fry, i love all American muscle
I do wish the Mustangs had more on paper than they do now, 315 horses is a pretty low number these days, even if they do perform well, and im really hoping to see 6-speed transmissions and independant suspension soon
Quenching my mental thirst haha, wonder if Ford will make the mustang's suspension independant in coming years, doesnt really matter to me i mean id preffer a big ass 9" rear end bulging at the seams, but still its something to consider
cant wait for the new engines in the v6 and v8 coming in 2011, 5.0L v8 "Coyote" pushing 400+ rwhp and similar torque, and a 3.5L turbo-ecoboost v6 pushing 300+ rwhp and torque. Both engines are expected to keep or exceed fuel efficiency.
There is a rumor about a 6.2L "boss" style engine, which is going to be used in a new super duty 2010 SVT raptor f-150, might make its way to the mustang line as well.
According to speculation (the v6 engine revision has not been confirmed yet officially) the engine that is used in the Taurus SHO. Which gets about 365hp 350tq
Not in terms of design - that's for sure. Frankly I like the new Challenger and the last version of the Mustang. But the new Camaro is really fast - no question.
Have this car, love it, kicked a camaro ss 2`s ass.

not quite, 355 horsies, but yeah I'm with you, ford should put that motor in the mustang.

They would have to actually be able to get a Camaro out the door that doesn't get recalled first.
