either way, if your dog is trained right it should know not to bite under almost any condition. only time my dog has ever hurt anyone was when there was a break in and it was trained to do so. other then that never bite anyone EVER should not matter what you do to him or her (even tho you shouldn't do it) should be trained to have high tolerance to things that bother him, such as if you have a kid they wont know any better.
