Will this work with my DV6 2155dx? I am thinking of buying a replacement screen but i need to know if I'm going to buy the right one. I'm looking at a 15.6 dv6 replacement screen on amazon but i need to know if the laptop opens the same way... I have the same exact detailing on my laptop.

I have HP dv6-1234nr. How do I replace the screen monitor? The bezel is flat and shows no other place of screw attachment but for the two spots on each side of the base. Please someone help me . The video doen't show another place to unscrew the monitor .

@DEKHAMA This is bad news. The procedure for this type of laptop is different and is very difficult. I did not make a video because of the complexity.

@ScreenSurgeons My DV6-1215s also has the same kind of screen. I found a manual online but according to that I have to remove the whole keyboard in order to get to the screen. is that right??

@SaltShakerz93 the procedure I have in the video is faster than the HP manual. You do not have to remove the keyboard.

thanks eugene! i got my computer screen working again! the display is great and the video is a perfect walkthrough. putting the screws back in was very frustrating and requires lots of patience, but it is worth it in the end. thanks again! i recommend this service to everyone with a broken screen! don't buy a new laptop, just get a new screen from eugene and you'll be fine!

I can't get to unscrew the bottom screws. I could do it on my other laptop. Is there any other way to unscrew those?
