I'm just saying it because this is probably the most important song for the Brazilian culture, and credit must be given.

Tico Tico IS a Brazillian tune written in 1917 but who is really playing this version? It sounds an awful lot like Los Indios Tabajaras. If you search, 'Los Indios Tabajaras - Tico Tico', & listen to it, you will know what I mean.

It is a sure fact that Tico tico is not Paco de Lucia composition, you can see it it on YT played by Los Indios Pajadaras but I don't the original compositor and/or player.

I have to rest my case!

I searched all the places (shed, basement..), but couldn't find that old record anywhere.

Therefore, I'll presume possible in former Yugoslavia, they "printed" this instrumental under "Los Indios..." name while it was only to avoid copyright issues. I did find this tune on web as "Los Indios.." but I think that doesn't prove anything. So many mislabelled mp3's out there.

In other words, I cannot prove that I'm right so I have to withdraw.
