MAYBE the reason the woman didn't pay her rent is because she couldn't afford it because the deadbeat didn't pay his share.

No questions as to WHY she didn't pay rent. Maybe she was being sued by her landlord as a result, and needed the money to make amends.

If this is representative of our justice system, it just goes to show what a group of arrogant stupid assholes run it.
