You say West has given us the separation of apartheid (which is no longer the case but anyhow): Islam STILL TODAY gives us the separation between muslims and non muslims, which is just as bad. Non muslims, when and if allowed to exist in muslim lands, have to pay special taxes. In the West, muslims aren't forced to pay special taxes, can build mosques, convert others. Xtians, Hindus and others don't have that privleg in most Muslim nations, they would have to fear for their lives if they did.

Yes there are problems in the west, no place is problem free, but at least people have the FREEDOM to conduct themselves as they wish. Women can drive and leave their house without a male relative. The people elect their leaders instead of having them passed down, there is no capital punishment and people do not get lashed for being in the same car as someone not in their family.

Yes even as a boy.For example our father didn't let me or my brothers set at his dinner table shirtless or bareback. Later in my life I embraced Islam, I discovered there is a dress code there also. I wear a turban many times, even to my office around non-muslims. I am proud to be a modest Muslim!
