At this time mtv were playing all types of weird and creative wonderstuff (No biased marketing music crap) as now mtv has seperate channels for diff genres.. but they are all playing the same marketing crap in different flavors

yeah... maybe back in the days, the mtv was all about music. a tv station managed by guys loving music, created by guys into the music for guys which has the same love in their hearts. a perfect deal from pop, techno, rock to metal... all spiecies for all listeners. now, it's about reducing costs, mass crap-production, you know - remakes of remakes of remakes. it's easier to remake a remake again than to compose something from scratch. and people will just have to east that shit.

quality man, cheers. james hyman made all them mixes and aparently all the original master beta tapes are still in storage but they can't be released on DVD or the net because of the tedious work the copyright end would entail(given that they'd need clearance from 10 different artists per 15 minute mix), it's a damn shame, i used to tune in every night they where on when i was back in school.
