IF you have vista YOU MUST RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR!!!! If you have Xp then just open normally!

Same thing happened to me, just because I had vista. If you have vista you MUST patch the file and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR!!!! Keep on responding for further help.
