Tim Black is playing in Europe. Dogs should have beat Winona in 2006 Elite Eight, but lost in OT. Glad we had the rematch in 2007!

When you put the other team into the bonus situation and then foul them, they get a 1 and 1 instead of 2. To get the second shot, they have to get the first.

bcause the other team had between 7 and 10 fouls as a team in the half which means if they foul the other team they get a 1 in 1 oppurtunity. if he had made it he would have gotten another one. if that makes any sense to you.. probly a bad explanation tho sorry

Barton has produced two outstanding point guards in the last 2-4 years. Tim Black, who was flat out awesome in his career at Barton, is having a fantastic career in Europe and Anthony Atkinson who has excelled with the Harlem Globetrotters. The school definitely has built a winning product. They are fun to watch with their up tempo style of play on both ends of the floor.

A friend of mine is a Winona State graduate. I was absolutely shocked when I first seen this on TV. Hell, Winona State COULD play in Division 1 if they wanted to. They got a good basketball and football program despite losing to non-football school, Barton College. Gotta love March Madness, even when it's not Division 1! I know the feeling of a long winning streak snapped in the tournament. Just ask Phi Slamma Jamma for my hometown Houston Cougars.
