Also, there are energies thousands of times higher that hit our atmosphere every day, called cosmic rays. Cosmic rays haven't caused a black hole to form, we are working with energies, although to us are very high, are still nothing compared the the energies that are all around the earth. Additionally, even if a black hole were to form it would "evaporate" as derived by Hawking.
