36 is that young in mma. It's only my opinion right? but i think that before the 38,39 (depending on the fighter) it's ok to fight. After that it's downgrade. You can fight but not with THAT performance. Of course there are more circumstances to consider, but in the professional level, every tine bit make an important, if not decisive difference. And silva, very clever, already announced his intention to retire and my gut tells me he'll stop at his 38 39 yo or even before it.
