I figured it out, when cydia tells you to reboot after you install winterboard, you actually have to reboot it. But then it will go to the "connect to iTunes screen" when this happens, plug it into your computer and jailbreak it again, wait for it to start up and now you can select the theme you want and it will work normally like in the vid.

Then you can put a theme.. what ever theme u want and get pretty much anything you want =)

you have to restart your ipod or iphone. and i mean actually restart it.(hold the home button and the power button for fifteen second and then let go of the home button and hold the power button for 3 seconds. then open up cydia and go to sections then a pop up should say you need to download and up date and tap complete update
