In summary, "I've got a lot to do." Is McCain talking about his future presidency here? No. Bush is talking, a lot, and talking about his future work for McCain.
"He's a President, and he's goin' to be the President." Say hello to your next President, 'cause your votes don't count? Come on! This is absurd.
"The good news about our candidate is, there's goin' to be a new President, a man of character and courage... but he's not going to change when it comes to taking on the enemy."
Go, Bush!!!! He's a good man for supporting McCain. And fuck you assholes who believe the rumors that McCain wasn't tortured in Vietnam as a POW!!! Don't listen to anything David Hackworth has to say about McCain.
anyone who's questioning McCain's service has voted for Bush who got into the National Guard by daddy Bush to get out of Vietnam. Or they prefer the draft dodger Clinton.
The past is replete with examples of religion being the justification for murder. Can you accept that fact?
The same can be said for nationalistic ideals. They are old out dated Ideals that have to be changed if humanity wants to move on to a civilization that can make the leap to a solar civilization, where all men work for one goal preservation of the planet, and the citizens of the world
Who choose to do so will survive. Those that want to keep their myths alive must be reeducated. Or die.
Atheism has been the excuse for more murders than anything else. The USSR, China, Pol Pot, etc. have killed more than "religion". Can you accept that fact? What is your alternative to nationalism?- global government?-wJehere one size fits all and if an evil man is in place the whole world will be under his thumb. It is predicted, and will happen. I'll happily die for my faith. Faith is not a matter of intellect, though many geniuses are/were Christians. That wouldn't be fair to liberals.
LOL! Obviously you haven't studied the history of your own BLIND faith, which indeed makes you the perfect "tool" of Christianity, or you'd know that JESUS has been the EXCUSE of the Church to MURDER uncounted millions for thousands of years now. It's time to toss Ignorance-by-indoctrination in the Trash Heap where it belongs.
I don't possess "blind faith", but reasoned faith through a lifetime of studying. Name the examples of "the church" killing millions. Not the Catholics, which was a political machine of Europe in the middle ages. BTW, to kill in war in the act of preventing greater killing sometimes results in less lives lost. I've studied history for many years, as a Christian and before. Christianity led to the freedom we have now and are rapidly losing as the western world goes pagan. What do you believe in?
What do I believe in. The best answer is probably something like, "Religion of ANY kind is dogma and narrow-mindedness. Rational thought is the best-reasoned way to manage the mundane. And that humanity has the potential to evolve to great heights in understanding and consciousness if we release our fears and locked down mentalities like Christo-Insanity that relies on BLIND FAITH like yours."
McCain does NOT endorse torture. He is even against water-boarding which isn't torture and has saved many lives. Our elite troops go through water-boarding in training. Why do you democrats never mention that the enemy beheads all captured? Why does the left hate America? McCain was right, the surge is working.
waterboarding isn't torture, huh? you must have gills then. ya know, just because your T-Weee didn't make a big deal of the fact mcsame voted against the torture bill that bush vetoed, doesn't mean mcinsane didn't do a 180 from a previous position. and when your T-Weee tells you over and over that the surge is working. no need to ask why troops and iraqis are dying still. the left wants america to be a shining example of what the constitution intended and not some banana republic dictatorship.
furthermore, why do shrills of the right always wear their pious patriotism on their sleeves while accusing other americans who don't subscribe to their despotic ways being unamerican? i wonder if they really have a clear understanding of the fundamental ideals of america.
The surge has few months left to make Iraq 100% safe as the next Pres will be a Dem and you know this. The country after 6 yrs and an invasion that should have never been is no longer listening to the Reps and the country wants out of Iraq NOW
It's amazing that you can spell words. Are you a joke? Is your youtube account merely a vessel which you use to say retarded things just to get a reaction out of people for your own pleasure? Candidates always say "WHEN I'm president, I'll do X" They don't always say "IF I'm president". It is called OPTIMISM, you stupid bastard!!!
what happened in Texas and Ohio last week is a proof that the outcome of an election is not always what people want.Hillary,McCain,Bush are all the same.
Can you give some support to this accusation? I'm not saying you are wrong, but if you are right, I'd like to know why. Please tell me what you are basing this on.
Bush endorses McCain. Scary! Face it my fellow Americans, whether it be McCain, Obama, Clinton, which is what it will be, we have no choice. It will get much worse before it gets better.
What the hell are you talking about? He was being optimistic; he wasn't reading a crystal ball. I really hope people like you stay away from the voting booths. Retarded people should NOT be allowed to vote! (This means you.)
There is something wrong with a party which forces its candidates to replicate all of the policies of its failed former president, including his planned program to eliminate social security, which McCain has promised he will do, as a condition to gain the nomination. Of course McCain didn't have to be forced to keep all the troops in Iraq--no only did he offer to stay on, he wants to send more Americans to the Middle East he wants to expand the war to Iran, he wants to keep us there forever!
i know that mccain is capable of taking care of the war in iraq, but i also know that he wants to go back to 'nam and get those fuckers that poked bamboo poles up his rectum.
I know that McCain is capable of taking care of the war in Iraq. I just don't want our country to stay at war forever. Our economy is going to hurt and is already. The national debt is bad enough already. Bush says he is protecting us, but I feel he got us in this mess in the first place. The question all Americans should want answered is: Why are we so afraid we have to go to war or continue the war? Didnt we sign the UN charter that said we needed permission to start this war?
I'm not going to ask you to keep your political opinions to yourself, but please stop criticizing President Bush. He is one of the most beloved Republicans in American history and he is a great Christian leader. He is doing the best job he can keep us safe from evil and the illegals.
I'm not going to ask you to keep your political opinions to yourself, but please stop criticizing President Bush. He is one of the most beloved Republicans in American history and he is a great Christian leader. He is doing the best job he can keep us safe from evil and the illegals.
Terrific. As if his other endorsements weren't bad enough, he now has the ultimate nation bungler at his side. All he needs now is for Hitler to rise from the grave and yell, "Heil McCain!" and he'll be all set.
Has John McCain forgotten what the Bush-Rove combine did to him in the primaries of 2000. The cold calls claiming that he fathered a "colored" child - which he did, since he adopted a girl from one of Mother Teresas orphanages. If I was McCain. I would break Bushs nose in front of the cameras.
Get the American people to vote for politicians who isn't apart of: the CFR, Trilateral Commission and Bilderberg Group, or has any ties to the Federal Reserve. Find a President who has the balls to get rid of the Federal Reserve.
Those things would be a very difficult to accomplish considering the FEDS (CFR, Trilateral Commission and Bilderberg Group) is so deeply rooted and extremely powerful.
Funny how Bush is able to predict the future so well, isn't it? One might question the whole election process if a complete mental defective like Bush is right about such a thing.
man I feel sorry for McCain. Im a McCain supporter, and i was so pissed when he formally endoresed him..Bush really hurt our chances...WE WILL WIN ANYWAY! Vote McCain 2008!
"John has showed uh, incredible courage, strength of chrctr & perserverance..& that's exactly what we need in a pres... Somebody who won't flinch in the face of danger.." NO REALLY?. Is the GOP composed of 8yr olds that take obvious statements as the profound? Just once, this guy should say something with meaning instead of saying the obvious. You can substitute all his speeches w/"the sky is blue, & that's what we want in a sky". GAAAAAWDAMIT. Wake up! All you retards who still like this guy.
Right strategy. Mac needs the conservatives and especially the evangelical vote to win this thing. If Hillary's the nominee they'll show up with enthusiasm because they hate her, if Obama's the nominee they'll show up because they think he's a closet muslim.
So there was I inadvertently watching poker porn via VR, dont ask, and I end up with political porn where both candi dates are really sweet talking shull bitters.
What a morbid, creepy ceremony. A pathetic attempt to make it appear that this is the man conservatives wanted to run on the GOP ticket. McCain had near single digit approval ratings on the top issues, and then inexplicably comes out on top. Complain about past elections all you want, but you must concede that this is the shallowest attempt to dupe our country yet. They no longer care to convince, they know you will roll over regardless.
on one hand it doesn't surprise me at all, on the other I agree with newsgirlG, totally. I can't imagine 4-8 years with someone like bush I'm already planning my exit stradegy, I'm thinking Ireland. I hear it's beautiful there.
Holy smoke! Every time I think George Bush couldn't get any more offensive, he decides to prove me wrong. I can barely listen to him speak, and yet it's like a car accident, I can't stop either. It absolutely blows my mind that such a man is the self-declared leader of the free world. I wish it was November already. The time left with him at the helm is filled with dread. I can't help thinking he wants to go out with a bang...literally.
Think about how other countries view us; think about how we view America?I honestly think Barack Obama is the best choice. If he wins he'll be the first African American president and most likely he'll want to set a good example. If MCcain wins it will be the same as Bush, if not worst. If Hilary wins, everyone will be paying for Universal health care and that's not morally correct. Obama will let people choose if they want to join Universal health care & protect us from AlQaeda w/o wasting troops
You know who Obama would be bad for? Babies - especially African-American babies. He is as pro-abortion as any person out there. In fact he has voted to kill babies outside the womb if they survive abortion. And abortion is the number 1 killer of African-Americans.
McCain is stupid and has no place in the white house!WOW! how did this moron get this far? oh thats right it's a throw for hillary, but that isnt going as planned either. the people are awake now, we are learning now, we have control....we are awake...and we are watching...
I'd settle for a man with a brain over a man with a heart or courage. Unfortunately, neither of these bozos have a brain, a heart or courage. These guys are the Scarecrow, Tin Man and Cowardly Lion all dressed up in a tie and suit.
The endorsement of George Bush is not something thats gonna help is campaign I would have told Bush to keep it to himself lol but these republican morons will like McCain so we can kill more innocent Iraqi's and hopefully ( FOR THEM ) kill some Iranians and continue to torture people just what you wanted republicans good job you should be ashamed of yourselves.
bush is such an arrogant prick. he's like a dictator up there. he's even promising the presidency for mccain.. like he and his cronies are going to fix the election for mccain the way they did for bush twice in a row.
Iraq for Sale uncovers the connections between private corporations making a killing in Iraq (Blackwater, Halliburton/KBR, CACI and Titan) and the decision makers who allow them to do so.
Bush keeps telling us that he's "sprinting to the finish." You would be running too if all the villagers were chasing you out of town with pitchforks and torches.
Bush will go down in history as being one of the very few presidents who was protested against from day one, until his very last day in office, protested against both at home and abroad. And it's a title he well deserves.
that killed his chance

Quote:
ABC: Regarding American lives lost "2/3 of the american people think the war is not worth it"
Dick Cheney: "SO?"

It's sad to think this is the best the Republican party has to offer "the American people." Disgraceful.

look how Mac Cain waddles to the left away from bush at 1:03 Min. *LOL*
leepakim 3 years ago
Right strategy. Mac needs the conservatives and especially the evangelical vote to win this thing. If Hillary's the nominee they'll show up with enthusiasm because they hate her, if Obama's the nominee they'll show up because they think he's a closet muslim.

I can't help thinking he wants to go out with a bang...literally.

bush seems awfully happy. does it look like he fell off the wagon to anyone else?

Gee, Bush endorses McCain and all the while I thought for sure he'd be for Obama or Ralph Nader, what a surprise!!!
Bush just wants to see someone in the white house who is almost as dumb as he is. McCain certainly fits that bill but he'll never get there.
shaire99 3 years ago 2
McCain is Bush's crazy uncle fester just waiting for his turn to blow shit up!

kliner2, that is so funny! And I must say I agree! McCain is a Bush clone according to his views.

Obama will let people choose if they want to join Universal health care & protect us from AlQaeda w/o wasting troops
russB88 3 years ago
You know who Obama would be bad for? Babies - especially African-American babies. He is as pro-abortion as any person out there. In fact he has voted to kill babies outside the womb if they survive abortion. And abortion is the number 1 killer of African-Americans.
bcmguy 3 years ago
Look, it's very simple, if you're against abortion, don't have one.
