I own a CC OT and a Banjola Deluxe and currently looking at a CEB-5 and BC-350+ ... so yes, I am a Gold Tone fan. However, the video tour re-awakens my question of where did the original armrest of my CC OT get so overly machined tightened to point of bending the armrest and screws?  The factory or Banjo.com where I purchased it? Ah well, its all fixed now due to great Customer Service by Gold Tone!

This is all true. I was there last year. Spent an hour trying differant banjos and picked out the one I liked the best. The crew made sure it met their ok, cleaned it and gave me one more try before I payed for her. She sounded awesome then and better now. I wear my GOLD TONE t-shirt with pride. John

I bought a very nice Whyte Laydie 5 string banjo from Gold Tone, a super nice banjo

I remember a while ago a hurrican took away most of the facotry, so this must be facotry mark 2

There a a lot of good banjos on the market, but Gold Tone has to be up there with them for value.
