When you take the barre away from the F, the chord this fellow is playing is not F. It is FMaj7/C. That is Fmaj7 over a C bass note. F maj7 and F major are two different sounds so don't confuse them! Guitar instructor from Alberta Canada

I've been trying to play for a while now and havn't learned much because I haven't been playing alot. When you play alot it starts to become extremely easy. Just like typing on a computer. Just takes time and you'll get it down perfect. also practice just picking strings without looking will help alot.

practice is all you can do, play it slow and make sure you are sounding out all of the notes clearly, then speed it up

hey grizz, strum patterns are something thatyou will get better at figuring out over time, just stick with it and keep remembering that you can have lots of different strum patterns, but you only need to keep on rhythm for it to sound correct
