What I think makes this simple but also effective training is just that: no matter if you´ve played year, 5 or 10, you can benefit from this training in all levels :) the more difficult you want it to be and more challenging, the more close comes the circle to the goal.
I love this trainingpart! :D Though it´s more effective when all those guys shoot from only 2-3meters away from the goal. now THAT really tests your reflexes! damn how long it´s been since I was in goal.. always loved the feeling when a ball hits you really hard, and to bare skin (I always played without glowes and with t-shirt)..it was like drug to me :D
